Assistant Manager Electrical:

Experience: 2-5 years in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/Fertilizer/Power Plant industry.
Qualification: B.E. Electrical 

 Responsibilities:

• The purpose of this position is to improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of plant electrical equipment through the application of engineering expertise in providing low cost solutions to electrical reliability problems, Identify reliability opportunities, design improvements and oversee implementation in coordination with Operations & Maintenance personnel.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers.
• Provide systemic interventions to improve the overall reliability of all equipment.
• Strong engineering knowledge including but not limited to industrial electrical systems (ranging from low to very high voltage power distribution systems).
• Knowledge of power generation systems and equipment a plus
• Review Management of Change (MOC’s) and capital projects for reliability improvement opportunities

To manage all electrical related maintenance, system improvement and local development WITH the objective to meet company’s targets and statutory requirements WITHIN defined SOPs, company procedures, RCMS, ISO procedures, statutory requirements and electrical standards.

To lead the Mechanical Maintenance Functions, Preventive and Predictive, for the Plant, spanning maintenance and improvements projects design and execution in order to comply with company and statutory requirements and help deliver the challenging targets, both for long term plant improvements as well as improvement in performance of HSE, Operation and fixed cost, Contract and own manpower handling, planning and in field execution. The jobholder shall support the Area Engineers in resolving key technical issues through liaison with vendors.

Assistant Manager Inspection:

Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: B.E/B.Sc. Mechanical 
Required Skills:  Preferred certifications (API 510 / 570 / 580 / 653 and DPT Level-II/ NDT Level I, II) (For inspection candidate).

To provide support to Engineering and Technical functions during Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance by conducting Inspection to ensure plant’s integrity and reliability of Stationary equipment.  Stationary equipment covers Pressure Vessels, associated Piping’s, Relief Streams, and Structures at PTA Plant. Thus, to achieve business goals, process and personnel safety on short & long term basis. As an additional role, custodian of Plant Records and associated backup data in Registry Section.

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Refinery or in Oil & Gas Sector in the field of maintenance, Inspection and reliability.
Qualification: BE Chemical 
Responsibilities:
1. Experience in resolving & troubleshooting process issues and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
2. Capability of effective plant monitoring and analyzing the data to improve and optimize process.
3. Capability of working closely with operations, maintenance and projects team.
4. Capability of performing variety of process engineering computations and simulations.
5. Use of software such, Aspen Hysys, Aspen plus and EDR.
6. Capability to perform sizing and specification of piping, equipment’s and instruments.
7. Capable of calculating plant balances and efficiencies of equipment’s.
