Manager Maintenance:

Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 Years in Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Refinery or in Oil & Gas Sector in the field of maintenance, Inspection and reliability.
Qualification: Graduate Mechanical Engineer or Masters in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

HSE & Quality

  1. Personally responsible and committed to ensure safety of his personnel and the company facilities at all times in line with company HSE Policy.
  2. Ensure that Plant is Maintained and operated as per approved Work Procedures and Work Instructions which are developed in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Administrative

  1. Ensure effective utilization of available human and material resources in his area of responsibility.
  2. Develop performance and potential of his staff, coaches them regularly, to meet Organizational objectives.
  3. Ensure provision of necessary resources to his staff for optimum performance.

Budget and Inventory management

  1. Work closely with Maintenance team on Spares Management system.
  2. Perform technical evaluation of vendors and Contractors.
  3. Able to approve CAPEX, OPEX, Store and Spares budget and ensure 100% timely utilization as per budgeted number.

Plant Maintenance

The role involves leading mechanical maintenance teams to manage routine, special, and predictive maintenance, along with overhaul planning and execution. The individual must be well-versed in engineering codes, standards, and technical specifications, providing design support for improvement projects. Expertise in rotary and stationary equipment maintenance is essential, covering compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels. Responsibilities include reviewing mechanical/process packages, conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures, and working with OEMs to resolve issues. The role also involves developing maintenance strategies, overseeing contractor work, ensuring plant safety, and managing staff training and development, including reverse engineering and equipment inspections.

Assistant Manager Electrical/E&I Reliability:

Experience: 3-5 years in Petrochemical/Oil&Gas/Fertilizer/Power Plant industry.
Qualification: B.E. Electrical (Preferably NED, NUST,UET,PU,GIKI etc)
Responsibilities:
1. The purpose of this position is to improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of plant electrical equipment through the application of engineering expertise in providing low cost solutions to electrical reliability problems, Identify reliability opportunities, design improvements and oversee implementation in coordination with Operations & Maintenance personnel.
2. Work collaboratively with suppliers.
3. Provide systemic interventions to improve the overall reliability of all equipment.
4. Strong engineering knowledge including but not limited to industrial electrical systems (ranging from        low to very high voltage power distribution systems).
5. Knowledge of power generation systems and equipment a plus
6. Review Management of Change (MOC’s) and capital projects for reliability improvement opportunities

Assistant Manager Planning:

Experience: 6-8 years in Planning & Contracts in a reputable process industry.
Qualification: B.E/B.Sc. Mechanical (Preferably NED, NUST,UET,PU,GIKI)       

Required Skills: Able to work on MAXIMO or equivalent, MS Project or Primavera. Able to work during Shutdowns and Turnarounds.

Process Engineer:

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Refinery or in Oil & Gas Sector in the field of maintenance, Inspection and reliability.
Qualification: Graduate Chemical Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Experience in resolving & troubleshooting process issues and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
2. Capability of effective plant monitoring and analyzing the data to improve and optimize process.
3. Capability of working closely with operations, maintenance and projects team.
4. Capability of performing variety of process engineering computations and simulations.
5. Use of software such, Aspen Hysys, Aspen plus and EDR.
6. Capability to perform sizing and specification of piping, equipment’s and instruments.
7. Capable of calculating plant balances and efficiencies of equipment’s.
